To order a product, the customer must add the desired product to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

To complete the order, the required information fields must be filled in and a payment method selected. The total amount payable is displayed before the order is confirmed.

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment service providers. Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

  • they consent to the immediate delivery of digital content (see Withdrawal section below)

The sales contract enters into force once the payment has been successfully confirmed.

Delivery of Digital Products

All products are digital and downloadable. No physical goods are shipped.

After successful payment, the digital product is delivered electronically — via download link, customer account access, or email.

Delivery usually occurs immediately after payment confirmation and at the latest within one business day.

Delivery is considered completed when access to the digital product has been made available to the customer.

Products are available for purchase worldwide.

If, for technical reasons, delivery fails, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and access will be restored or a refund issued.

Failed Delivery and Refund Before Access

If a product cannot be delivered due to a technical error on our side and access has not been granted, the paid amount will be refunded.

Refunds are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Depending on the payment provider, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear.

Digital Products and Withdrawal Right

By purchasing a digital product, the customer expressly agrees that:

  • delivery of digital content begins immediately after payment

  • access is granted without delay

  • they lose the statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun

Due to the nature of digital content, digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable after access has been provided, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.
